When the student is ready the teacher appears . . .

I felt stuck. I didn't know what to do. My paycheck, my relationships, my mindset - none of it was working for me. That’s when I became aware of Kundalini Yoga.  I started practicing and immediately felt better.  Kundalini Yoga became my best friend, giving me a hug when I needed it and a shove when I needed it.   The practice challenged me and changed me.

I was taking yoga classes at a local studio when one of my teachers (bless your heart Bibi) asked me to consider Yoga Teacher Training.  I was shocked. I didn't think of myself as a Yoga person. I wasn't flexible and didn't fit the Yoga stereotype back then. What I did know for certain was that I  loved the practice, feeling calm, speaking up when needed, and creating boundaries in my life.

I took the leap of faith and took up the noble path of spiritual training.  
In retrospect, I realize this was my intention.  I wanted to be on my life path - transformation, leadership and impact in the world. It wasn't going to happen at my day job. I knew that. Kundalini Yoga showed the way.

It’s from this lived experience that I welcome you.  I’m looking forward to working with you as we walk each other home.
