Trust the process

Once there was a teacher, who taught a student to be a master. And so the teachings of Kundalini Yoga have travelled through space and time. Trusted and entrusted. It is one of the oldest healing techniques in the world because it works.
Trust the process is what my teacher has told me. And so I say the same to you.
