Diseases like diabetes come from repressed grief. His words hit me like a physical force. The sound of the truth is always loud. After a few years of training and teaching , I was ready. After a two day Laughter Yoga Teacher Training course a whole new person was born. What comes first happiness or laughter? I would say the laughter. Join in.
